Privacy policy

What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store exactly two things:
- your email address
- the timestamp of when you joined
Nothing else. No name, no IP address, no analytics, no tracking cookies, no fingerprinting.
What we use it for
One purpose: notifying you when Nullsid early access opens. We don't sell, share, or rent the list, and we don't send marketing beyond that notification.
Where it lives
The list is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database as part of our Cloudflare Pages deployment. Cloudflare acts as our infrastructure processor; see the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Bot protection
The signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Turnstile processes your IP address transiently for verification; we do not store it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to remove your email from the waitlist or to tell you whether it's on it. Email privacy@nullsid.com from the address in question and we'll handle it within 30 days (usually much faster).
Changes
If this policy changes before launch, the date above will be updated. Material changes will be mentioned in the launch email.
